Welcome to Tip 'Em

At Tip 'Em we believe there has been a gap between the server and the consumer. Every time a waiter/waitress serves a table, they never know what to expect in their tip. Whether they give good or bad service, it is ultimately up to the customer how much they choose to tip. So, we decided to make this interaction more transparent.

If every server knew exactly what their customers wanted, in terms of service, it would make it a lot easier for them to know what kind of tip to expect. So, we decided to create the standard for everyone. Now servers know exactly what is expected of them when they are dealing with Tip 'Em customers. In the same regard, customers know that servers are appealing to the Tip 'Em guidelines and as long as both parties adhere to the rules, everyone wins. 

Servers will be tipped solely and unbiased, based on their rating and customers will be rewarded for following the recommended tip amount.
